Cancellation Policy

We get it, life happens. Here’s how we handle it.

Cancellations by you

• Cancel 7 or more days before your event and you’ll receive a full refund.
• Cancel within 7 days of the event and we’re unable to offer a refund, but we’re happy to transfer your ticket to a future event or issue a credit to use whenever you’re ready.
• No-shows on the day are unfortunately non-refundable.

Transfers & credits

Changed your mind on the date? No stress. You can transfer your ticket to a future event, as long as you let us know before the 7-day window closes.

If we cancel

On the rare occasion SDWT needs to cancel an event, you’ll have the choice of a full refund or a credit note to use on a future tour, whichever works best for you.
