Yarra Valley itinerary

Designed to ease nerves fast, keep things respectful, and help real connection happen.

No awkward games. No pressure. Just a well-paced day where conversation unfolds naturally.

Welcome aboard

We start the day at a central Melbourne cafe.

Order a coffee as everyone arrives, meet new people and enjoy some morning tunes as we ease into things naturally with a few light conversation starters. A welcoming, low pressure atmosphere to start the day.

Your host will share a short overview of what’s ahead and set the tone: relaxed, respectful, and connection-focused. If you feel like it, there’s an optional chance to introduce yourself – nothing formal, just a simple way to break the ice if you want it.

Heading out

From there, we head out towards the Yarra Valley.

The bus ride is part of the experience – it’s an easy, comfortable setting for starting conversations, getting to know the people around you a little better, and settling into the day.

There’s no structure to follow; just a gentle encouragement to mix, chat, and enjoy the ride.

Winery One — A guided tasting

Our first stop is all about arriving into the experience.

We’ll kick off with a guided wine tasting in a beautiful setting, with light-touch hosting to help exchanges and connections begin naturally.

There’s no pressure to move around or meet everyone straight away. Just space to chat, explore, and find your rhythm.

Winery Two — Long lunch

The day really opens up at our second stop.

We’ll settle in for a long winery lunch with tastings, good food, and plenty of time to connect. Conversations tend to deepen here as the group becomes more relaxed and familiar.

Our host will gently keep things flowing so tables stay social and open, giving you the chance to meet more people without it feeling structured or forced.

Winery Three — Final drinks

By the final stop, the group is comfortable and connected.

This part of the day is intentionally unstructured – enjoy a drink, take in the views, and spend time with the people you’ve found yourself gravitating towards.

Whether that’s continuing a great discussion or simply soaking up the social atmosphere, this is where the magic unfolds.

Wrapping up

We finish up on the bus back to Melbourne.

Content and full of excellent food and wine, our energy shifts into something more relaxed and content.

Continue conversations, reflect on the day, and – if you’d like – exchange details with people you connected with.

For those interested, we offer a simple, private way to indicate mutual interest after the tour – if it’s not returned interest, they’ll never know.

After the tour

Some guests choose to continue the evening with a drink back in the city, while others head home feeling refreshed and fulfilled. Either way, you’ll leave having met new people, shared good conversations, and experienced a day trip in Victoria’s beautiful wine country worth remembering.
